We take pride in selecting items of age, either vintage or antique, therefore will naturally have some signs of wear and tear. Products are listed to the best of our knowledge and the photos provide a good representation of these and their general condition. We kindly ask that you take the time to read the listing and observe the photographs provided carefully prior to making a purchase. 3. Purchasing and Payments
To purchase products from Stuff & Tales Vintage, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. All purchases made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
4. Pricing and Availability
While we strive to provide accurate pricing and availability information, errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product. We will promptly notify you of such cancellation or refusal.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during the shipping process. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any additional customs duties or fees incurred for international orders.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We trust that by purchasing an item from our shop you would have already observed and accepted its condition as it is represented in the information and images provided. If, however, a product is received that does not meet your expectations, we ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to arrange a return or exchange. A full refund will be given within 14 days from the date received. Please take reasonable care to return in the item in the same condition as it was sent to you. Shipping costs to and from your address is your responsibility and all parcels are sent back at your own risk. Recorded delivery is therefore advised.
